Now it’s time to finish packing and take a nap before our trip to the airport. So many more photos and videos to share, but they will have to wait until we’re back in SF.

On our way to this chocolaterÃa, we stopped and listened to a cellist playing on the street. It was a perfect way to wrap up the night, so I gave him some change. Gotta get rid of those euros!

We said goodnight to Madrid by visiting a couple tapas bars and having some Txacoli, Albariño, and Rioja wine. Then we walked through the Plaza Mayor for the last time.

This morning (Monday) we went to buy cookies from some cloistered nuns. You ask for cookies, give them money on a spinning thing like a lazy susan, and they give you a box of cookies. We haven’t tried them yet.
